Discovery Days is the new name for our group that organises local outings to interesting places. These trips—whether for a full day or just an afternoon—will be announced via email and offered to all CVu3a members on a first come, first served basis, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to join.

We don’t hold regular monthly meetings. Instead, we aim to arrange around six trips per year, focusing on events or locations that are worth visiting. Each trip will be planned based on the number of members interested.

To help keep costs down:

For venues more than an hour away, we’ll organise a coach.

If the destination is within an hour’s drive, we’ll try to arrange car sharing.
